21/03394/OUT – Application has been revised – 13/10/22

The application for a new development of 350 new houses on land at Common Farm, just off the A339 Andover Road before the A34 junction, has been revised.

Developers Bewley Homes, have revised their application, almost exactly a year after they submitted their original plans. The newly proposed application details a housing estate of 270 homes, a slight reduction of the original 350 new houses, but still a large and unwarranted housing estate.

To view the new application please visit https://planning.basingstoke.gov.uk/online-applications/ and search for 21/03394/OUT.

We cannot afford to let the new application go under the radar, our fight continues and we must ALL collectively re-iterate our strong objections to the destruction of a vital green space.

The same rules apply, you must submit your objection via the Basingstoke and Deane planning portal or simply by email to planning.comments@basingstoke.gov.uk or development.control@basingstoke.gov.uk. The subject of your email must be “OBJECTION TO 21/03394/OUT WATERMILL BRIDGE“. For further details on how to objection effectively please visit our application page.
