Planning application has now been submitted

Watermill Bridge Planning Application by Bewley Homes has been submitted

The Bewley Homes website has announced that they have submitted their outline planning application for 350 homes at Common Farm,  including a detailed submission for the first 90 homes.

The application is still being validated by Basingstoke and Deane Council, and has not yet been published on their website, but you can read the summary of it on Bewley’s website www.watermillbridge.co.uk .
